At Isla Paperz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains our process for handling returns, replacements, and refunds for orders placed through our website.

Payment Method
Isla Paperz only offers cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method. Customers pay for their orders at the time of delivery. Since no online payments are collected, refunds are generally not applicable except under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products reported for return after the 48-hour window

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

  4. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging to the address provided by our team.

Refunds
Since we only accept cash on delivery payments, refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided ( product out of stock or discontinued). In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement of equal value or a refund method agreed upon with the customer.

Replacement Policy
If your item qualifies for a replacement, we will send a new product once the returned item is received and inspected. Replacement shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by Isla Paperz if the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Customers refusing delivery at the doorstep may be restricted from placing future orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and order details. We will verify the issue and process a replacement at no extra cost.

International Returns
As Isla Paperz operates worldwide, return eligibility may vary based on your country’s shipping and customs regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import/export rules when returning products.
